うつ病の治療薬としてわが国でも広く使われている選択的セロトニン再取り込み阻害薬（SSRI）による上部消化管出血の副作用については、以前から指摘されています[1-3]。わが国で使われているSSRIの添付文書には、「出血の危険性を高める薬剤を併用している患者、出血傾向又は出血性素因のある患者」には、慎重に投与することと明記されています。今回は、新たに発表されたSSRIによる上部消化管出血の副作用に関する症例対照研究を読んでみました。
